Leadership Development Mission

In this time of change in our churches and the yearning for leadership that is grounded in spiritual formation, the practices of Worshipful-Work give practical ways to grow the leaders we need.  The emerging church calls for dynamic leadership.  Such leadership must be able to enter into the process of spiritual formation, and to choose to lead from there.

 We offer:

1. workshops for board or council members for training in worshipful work practices
2. retreats for exploring spiritual leadership
3. leadership training for emerging church leaders, especially in the processes of discernment
